Who goes to therapy?
Anyone who would like to enrich their life, find more fulfillment, heal from a past trauma, or accomplish a goal. For example: Wanting a career change, losing weight, balancing parenthood and career, becoming more involved in school, gaining more self-confidence, spirituality issues, sexuality issues, loosing a loved one, etc. Anyone can benefit from therapy!
How Long is a Therapy Session?
Individual Sessions: 50 minutes.
Couples/ Family Sessions: 50-75 mins.
Adjustments can be made to accommodate your needs.
How often should I attend therapy?
It depends on your treatment goals…We will collaborate to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Many clients come in on a fairly regular basis (once a week, or every other week.)
Some clients choose to come in every 3 weeks or once a month.
*Research has shown that on average, symptom-reduction occurs with as little as 4-8 sessions.
Is there street parking?
We offer free parking in our private parking lots. No parking meters in sight.
How do I schedule my initial appt?
First, please fill out the contact form on this site. You will receive either an email or phone call to schedule your free 15 minute phone consultation. If we are a good fit, you will be provided a scheduling link to schedule your appts.
